Community Manager - Retirement Living

The role of the Community Manager is to oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, staff management, resident liaison and coordination of human and material resources, as well as internal and external services.

About the Role:
  • Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level
  • Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
  • Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry
  • Strong time management skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enriching environment for our residents, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retirement living community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement living community
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
  • Oversee staff management and performance
  • Coordinate human and material resources and internal and external services providers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement
