About the RoleYou will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of ALPA's Café in Nhulunbuy. Your passion for coffee, food, and exceptional service will drive our success as a Customer Experience Lead.
This part-time, fixed-term contract (4 days per-week/30.4 hours) offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in our remote communities.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your customer service skills to create a positive experience for café patrons.
- Lead and support a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- 7 weeks of annual leave + 17.5% leave loading.
- 13.5% superannuation.
- A competitive salary package up to $57,000 per annum.
