About the Role:
- Lead daily department operations to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support team members, including scheduling and performance reviews.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure product availability.
- Uphold a safe, hygienic, and well-organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role in retail/supermarket environments.
- Food Handlers Certificate and RSA.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong time management, and budgeting abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and readiness to learn new software systems.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Knowledge of compliance, food safety standards, and quality control.
