About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Christian School. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our students, staff, and Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Principal and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions.
- Manage and coordinate the school's administrative operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide high-level support to students, staff, and parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Office Administration staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including Working With Children Check and RRHAN-EC training.
Requirements
- Be a committed Christian, actively participating in a local church community.
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Be able to prioritize tasks, show initiative, and approach work with flexibility and proactivity.
- Work well as part of a team and be willing to contribute to the school's mission and values.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and other administrative software.
