Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Principal and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions.
  • Manage and coordinate the school's administrative operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide high-level support to students, staff, and parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Office Administration staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including Working With Children Check and RRHAN-EC training.

Requirements

  • Be a committed Christian, actively participating in a local church community.
  • Have demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Be able to prioritize tasks, show initiative, and approach work with flexibility and proactivity.
  • Work well as part of a team and be willing to contribute to the school's mission and values.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and other administrative software.
