We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic educator to join our retail team as a customer service experience creator in our stores.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
- Provide technical product education and articulate the value and benefits of products
- Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences through accurate and timely transactions and omnichannel programs
- Maintain a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences
- Establish supportive relationships with team members and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experiences
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in Australia
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
