Customer Service Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional customer service leader to join our dynamic team in Osborne Park. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading the reception team to achieve exceptional results.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring that all interactions with customers are positive and memorable. You will also be responsible for managing overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries, meeting our targets and driving customer service excellence.

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in training and supporting new employees, rostering the reception team, and working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service supervision, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Delivery: Manage the reception team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train the reception team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers, improving satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of customer service supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, certification in customer service or related field (an asset).
