Automotive Customer Experience Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Osborne Park. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the service process.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, answering incoming service-related calls and assisting walk-in customers professionally.
- You will prepare job cards, issue quotes, and process invoices accurately, communicating with the workshop to track job progress and keep customers updated.
- You will handle customer concerns calmly, efficiently, and professionally, contributing to the department's high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and meeting dealership and manufacturer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership environment is preferred.
- You must have a proven track record of performance and reliability, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
- A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence is also required.
