A Sales Advisor is a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving store sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities:- Folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising garments to maximize selling opportunities.
- Processing, stocking and replenishing garments on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Opening, unpacking and labelling merchandise with security tags.
- Supporting customer purchases and returns at the register.
To succeed as a Sales Advisor, we seek a team player with a proactive and helpful approach. This individual should foster collaboration and collective success while maintaining a positive mindset, being eager, optimistic and motivated when interacting with colleagues and customers. Adaptability and flexibility are also essential, as is the ability to take initiatives and address customer needs independently and effectively.
Requirements for Success:
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising and/or customer service.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- A customer service mindset prioritizing customer needs while serving as a brand ambassador.
- Fashion knowledge and a genuine interest in fashion trends.
- A selling mindset with the ability to approach and fulfill customer needs.
