Job Title: Clinical Educator - Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our Mental Health team. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering education programs for our mental health clinicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will work closely with our mental health clinicians, education leads, and managers to develop and deliver education programs that meet the needs of our clinicians and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver education programs for mental health clinicians
  • Work closely with education leads and managers to ensure education programs meet the needs of clinicians and patients
  • Contribute to the development of education policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure education programs are aligned with clinical practice
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, nursing)
  • Experience in education and training, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
