Grade 3 Social Work Clinical Educator Position

Monash Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Grade 3 Clinical Educator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of our Social Work workforce, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Map existing workforce clinical skills and requirements for Monash Health bed-based Social Workers services
- Collaborate with the workforce to identify future skill set requirements for Social Workers working in Monash Health bed-based services
- Support the team to identify learning needs and work in collaboration with all team members to develop, deliver and evaluate initiatives to meet these needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate professional development and competency-based education to support Social Workers to deliver evidence-based services to Monash Health bed-based clients
- Bachelor of Social Work or Masters Social Work Qualifying OR Master of Social Work, OR equivalent as assessed and approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Eligible for ordinary membership of AASW if overseas trained
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence
- A supportive and dynamic team environment
