Clinical Education Coordinator Mental Health

Monash Health is a leading healthcare provider in Victoria, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated mental health nurse to join our Nursing and Midwifery Education and Strategy (NaMES) team as a Clinical Education Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Consultant.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering a future-ready nursing workforce in Mental Health, enrich the culture of learning and growth across the Mental Health Program and Monash Health, and lead projects and educational workshops across Mental Health.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary nursing workforce issues, the ability to lead projects, and fully engage with relevant stakeholders and consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to delivering a future-ready nursing workforce in Mental Health
- Enrich the culture of learning and growth across the Mental Health Program and Monash Health
- Lead projects and educational workshops across Mental Health
- Support the development, delivery, and coordination of evidence-based education and training programs for Monash Health
- Support the education team and demonstrate leadership in performance management, professional development, and performance enhancement for staff
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team, including the multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate agility and work as a change agent
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant qualification in Mental Health Nursing
- Education qualification or working towards
