Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including drafting agendas, publishing meeting packs, attendee invitations, and updating the action items register.
  • Provide direct administrative support, including calendar management, maintenance of company registers, preparing reports, and handling filing and documentation.
  • Assist with annual planning, scheduling, and managing master documents.
  • Respond to information requests related to audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Support in the research and analysis of corporate governance practices, technologies, and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Organised, diligent, and efficient, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • High proficiency with IT applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Board portals (e.g., Diligent) would be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in governance, minute-taking, or supporting Boards will be highly regarded.
