About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on upcoming projects in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise that values people-centric culture and market-leading benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate design process activities to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control to meet client requirements
  • Ensure quality assurance and surveying standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
About You
  • You have prior experience as a site engineer, preferably in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects with a tier 1 or 2 contractor
  • You hold a relevant degree in Engineering or Construction Management and possess excellent communication skills
  • You are familiar with managing contractor models and can effectively coordinate stakeholder expectations
