As a key member of our Organisational Culture and Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering learning and development support to employees.

Job Description
  • Administer and maintain content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Enhance system performance to improve the end user experience and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain awareness of new system releases and identify relevant functionality for integration with existing workflows.
  • Customise the LMS to meet organisational needs by evaluating and implementing suitable solutions.
  • Manage and maintain learning groups, ensuring accurate assignment of training modules and maintaining learning content on the LMS.
  • Convert course content into dynamic e-learning modules using authoring tools.
  • Respond to service requests and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Generate reports to support compliance, career development, and learning outcomes, driving insights for planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Well-developed organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong background in reporting frameworks, data analytics, and quality assurance.
  • Advanced knowledge of LMS architecture and scalable, user-centric design.
  • Experience using Cornerstone would be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in LMS administration and front-end design, focusing on optimisation and innovation.
  • Experience in HR or Organisational Development, using LMS tools to support capability and culture initiatives.
  • Diploma of Training and Assessment or Cert IV in Training and Assessment desired.
  • Tertiary qualification in Training and Assessment, Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline preferred.
