Based in Kwinana, this is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for a 40-hour week.You'll be responsible for using SAP S4 (Cloud-based) to plan and coordinate E&I maintenance activities, ensuring asset reliability, job readiness, and alignment with operational schedules.

What you'll do: Key responsibilities...Plan and schedule electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasksUse SAP S4 Cloud (Public System) to manage work orders and task listsCoordinate labour, materials, and documentation for job executionSupport shutdown and routine maintenance workflowsLiaise with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to ensure readiness and complianceContribute to continuous improvement in planning efficiency and asset reliabilityWhat we're looking for: About you...Proven experience in E&I maintenance planning, preferably in a process plant settingProficient with SAP S4 Cloud-based maintenance systemsStrong electrical or instrumentation backgroundExcellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsMust have the right to work in AustraliaAbout UsMaintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
