About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Disability Services team in delivering tailored support for clients with complex needs.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred care, especially supporting clients with challenging needs. Our ideal candidate will lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies, mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team, engage clients and families to align services with individual goals, advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with NDIS standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver supportive services to clients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour support and crisis management strategies
  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Engage with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Promote client rights and advocate on their behalf
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach others
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
  • Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence
