Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for facilitating and enabling the funds management platform to drive consistency, efficiency, automation, and operational best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate quarterly joint venture committee meetings and papers.
Dispatch timely and efficient joint venture reporting.
Support Wholesale Investor relations with registry function.
Maintain registers, structure diagrams, edit presentations, and participate in quarterly review programs.
Assist in onboarding new funds, including administrative setup and preparing business briefings.
Maintain a register of Funds Management policies, Delegations of Authority, charters, and procedures.
Draft communications for the Funds Management division.
Manage access and documents on the FM Hub (SharePoint) and external JV Portal.
Draft responses to operational queries for Due Diligence questionnaires from investors.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
You will be professionally qualified with exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-oriented experience, preferably in Funds Management.
You will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet stakeholder expectations.
You will be results-driven, setting high standards for yourself, the team, and business operations.
