Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Data Fund Specialist to join our team. This role entails maintaining data accuracy of managed fund unit prices in our internal system and generating reports for stakeholders.

  • Maintain data accuracy of managed fund unit prices and generate reports within tight timeframes.
  • Resolve client queries and escalate complex issues to the manager.
  • Perform operational tasks such as generating price age reports, follow up with relevant parties, and obtain distribution related data.
  • Add and/or delete funds in our internal system.
  • You will also rapidly gain a deep understanding of our proprietary operational system and navigate it with ease to facilitate enquiries, processing, and reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field, complemented by minimum 2 years experience in fund operations or financial services.
