Our opportunity

As Manager, Fund Operations, you will be a key contributor to the facilitation and enablement of the Mirvac funds management platform to drive consistency, efficiency, automation and operational best practice. With a large focus on co-ordinating committee reporting, compliance, governance, maintaining policies and procedures, systems and day-to-day operational matters, this role will require disciplined focus and prioritisation of tasks and projects. This role requires a high level of internal stakeholder management, including the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve timely and accurate delivery of outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include :
  1. Coordinate, compile, review and dispatch quarterly joint venture committee meetings and papers, complete minutes and action items, and ensure efficient and timely joint venture reporting.
  2. Coordinate and dispatch quarterly other Funds Management related committee and Board papers, complete minutes and action items.
  3. Support the Wholesale Investor relations team with the registry function by reviewing requests, correspondence and other documents to and from the external registry and conducting vendor management activities.
  4. Maintain and review various registers, structure diagrams, edit and refine presentations and participate in quarterly review programs.
  5. Assist in the onboarding of new funds, including administrative setup, liaising with stakeholders, preparing business briefings, managing obligation registers, and setting up reporting requirements.
  6. Maintain a register of Funds Management policies, Delegations of Authority, charters, and procedures, and coordinate their review and approval process.
  7. Draft communications for the Funds Management division and maintain the communications register.
  8. Develop and maintain a Funds Management reference pack ("bible") on the FM Hub.
  9. Manage access and documents on the FM Hub (SharePoint) and external JV Portal, and assist with online obligation register administration.
  10. Draft responses to operational queries for Due Diligence questionnaires from investors.
  11. Assist in maintaining systems, procedures, and controls, focusing on continuous improvement and digitisation.
  12. Support employee engagement initiatives.
  13. Ensure high-quality and timely service to the Funds Management team, handling requests and document collation.
  14. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
