About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our Frontline Retail Regional QLD & NT team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
