Your New Role


This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Griffith, reporting directly to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager). As a key member of our team, you will proactively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, manage staff schedules, and optimize business costs.



Key Responsibilities



  • Oversight of showroom and warehouse operations
  • Team training and development
  • Staff scheduling and management
  • Operational cost optimization


About You


We are looking for a confident and driven individual with prior leadership experience who can lead and coach their team. You should have a 'can-do' attitude, be passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience, and have exposure to using financial data to drive targets and operational success.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
