Job Overview

This role is part of the Improvement team, responsible for driving improvement initiatives and building capability across the organization.

The key objective of this position is to lead the planning and delivery of key programs with a focus on continuous improvement, supporting local initiatives, and helping new ideas become part of day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practice program and project management tools, methodologies, and governance arrangements to enhance improvement and innovation capability
  • Manage divisional projects using best practices to ensure timely delivery, quality, and clear communication
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives after implementation, providing reports and recommendations as required to support ongoing improvement
