The Opportunity
We are working with a well-known Australian organisation, assisting them to manage a large and complex portfolio of work and are looking for a Learning & Design Capability Lead to join the team in the inner eastern suburbs.
This is an initial 6 month contract and a hybrid position where you will work in the office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
As a Learning & Design Capability Lead, you will be responsible for capability strategy and training delivery whilst working with the change management practice, instructional designers and the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
Prior experience managing training and capability development within complex environments
Knowledge of contemporary adult learning theories, principles and practices
Experience working with instructional design principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities and projects
