About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Lead Educator in our 0-3 year olds program. As a key member of our Collaborative Leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to provide high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-3 years
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Collaborate with the 3-5s Pedagogy Leaders and Educational Leader to implement excellent practice and professional mentoring in our 1-3s Bubble
  • Provide leadership and guidance on Social-Emotional Development, Inclusion, and Diversity to ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
