As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children during their crucial developmental years. You will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
  • Ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

Requirements



  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card.
