About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, and tailor learning experiences to meet their individual needs
  • Work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve better outcomes for the future

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
