At the heart of our community care services, we have a vital role that makes all the difference in people's lives.

This position involves coordinating safe, timely, and reliable care for individuals in their homes. You'll work closely with local teams to ensure seamless delivery of in-home support by managing care worker schedules, responding to service changes, and maintaining efficient rosters to match Care Workers with customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating scheduling to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborating with local teams to forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage for new customer onboarding
  • Managing third-party service bookings and resolving any service-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant systems and processes related to rostering, payroll, training, and documentation

  • Scheduling or rostering experience in a high-volume environment or strong administrative skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and empathetically
