Horticultural Product Specialist

The position of Key Account Manager involves expanding and servicing the company's established portfolio in Central NSW through effective customer and reseller network contact.
Strong technical knowledge in broadacre and/or horticulture agronomy is essential for this role. Additionally, a sales track record and understanding of the rural distribution network are necessary qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share within pasture, perennial horticultural, and cropping systems.
- Provide on-farm support, technical training, and product education to resellers and growers.
- Drive demand generation through field visits, grower meetings, and trials.
- Achieve territory sales targets and manage expenses effectively.
- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Horticulture (or a related field).
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in grower or retail-facing roles, ideally in viticulture and/or tree crops.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, commercially focused, and passionate about soil health and sustainability.
- Australian Citizen and Current Australian Driver's License.
