Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead high-quality commercial construction projects in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing active construction sites, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This includes managing all on-site operations, including personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.

A strong focus on safety is essential, with the ability to implement company procedures, coordinate site teams, and represent the business onsite with professionalism and clear communication.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in construction management, a qualified carpenter or a related discipline, and demonstrated experience in commercial construction. A Working With Children Check is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee active construction sites.
  • Manage all on-site operations, including personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
  • Implement company procedures and coordinate site teams.
  • Represent the business onsite with professionalism and clear communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Tertiary qualification in construction management, a qualified carpenter or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial construction—with sites including schools, social housing, local government, or community infrastructure.
  • Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
