Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISE ROADING TEAMS INCLUDING ASPHALT AND PAVEMENT CREW MEMBERS
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY PROTOCOLS ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS AND QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES
  • COORDINATE WITH ENGINEERS AND PROJECT MANAGERS TO DEVELOP PROJECT PLANS AND SCHEDULES
  • MONITOR AND MANAGE MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND LABOR COSTS

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a General Roading or Asphalt & Pavement Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of roading construction practices including pavement and asphalt experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
