Construction Leadership Position

The role of Construction Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities, ensuring they align with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

This position requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, preferably in large-scale construction projects.

  • 10+ years' experience in construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Professional Engineering license (PE) advantageous

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate construction teams. They will also possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Coordinate construction schedules and resource allocation with project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and environmental requirements
