We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide high-level strategic guidance and support across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering comprehensive HR solutions in complex environments, with strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of employment law principles.

This role involves providing expert HR advice on workforce planning, policy interpretation, legislative compliance, performance management, talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and general HR support to employees and managers.

This is a fixed-term position available due to parental leave, ending in 2025. The full-time role comes with a competitive salary package and excellent benefits, including five weeks' annual leave and monthly additional days off.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day HR services on a range of issues
  • Delivering comprehensive HR solutions in complex environments
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Providing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualification in business or health science
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in HR advice in a large and complex environment
  • Proven understanding of employment law principles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Desirable qualifications include postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, and experience working in the Health Industry.
