Job Summary

Public Sector People is partnering with a large local government organization to recruit for a Project Support Officer. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a competitive hourly pay rate of up to $45 p/h + Super, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minute taking, review, and processing of documentation, correspondence, and reports
  • Project administration, including record keeping, processing invoices, and raising purchase orders
  • Coordinating with all parties involved in projects, including designers, suppliers, utilities, contractors, consultants, and internal project partners to achieve functional, time, and cost objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administration/project support role within local government
  • Previous experience with Tech One, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority, or Pathway is highly regarded
