Job Description:

This role focuses on developing partnerships, managing client engagements, and delivering services across the Gold Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new client inquiries and deliver exceptional first impressions
  • Conduct daily outreach visits to referral sources
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, presentations, expos, and community events
  • Guide clients through service options and facilitate contract negotiations
  • Broaden and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, retirement villages, and aged care services

Business Development:

  • Generate and follow up leads to increase service uptake and expand the client base
  • Identify growth opportunities and partnerships to extend our service reach
  • Maintain detailed activity tracking and client notes in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Proven success in a sales or business development role
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of initiative, organisation, and self-motivation
