Senior Pay Strategy Manager

The role involves leading the development and implementation of total compensation frameworks, collaborating with key stakeholders to meet the changing needs of a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive pay strategies;
- Provide expert analysis and consulting on compensation best practices;
- Manage data sourcing and management for international assignments;
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior professional with 'global' experience, possessing a deep understanding of compensation trends and legislative requirements. They will work closely with the Centre Of Excellence team, SLT, HR Business Partners, and external vendors globally.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits management;
- Experience in programme design and implementation;
- Strong analytical and consulting skills;
