Senior Strategy Manager - Financial Services

Sydney location, Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

Are you a seasoned strategy consultant looking to take the next step into a high-impact internal role? This is a rare opportunity to join a pure strategy team working directly with senior executives and the Board, shaping the future of financial services and AI in Australia.

The Role

We're seeking a Senior Strategy Manager with minimum 3 years' experience from a top tier consulting firm. You will be working across a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, reporting day-to-day to experienced project leads and partnering closely with two GMs and the Group Head of Strategy.

There are 3 main focus areas:

• Blue Sky thinking type projects for the whole organisation
• Strategy Planning and Board reporting - reporting of results to both customers and the media
• Business partnering – working closely with business units who have small strategy teams on exciting projects

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience at MBB or Tier 1.5 strategy firms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to craft compelling, succinct insights.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
