Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Group Customer Master (GCM) Team, supporting the Westpac Group's Customer Information Systems. This is a hybrid Technical Business Analyst and Data Analyst function that will primarily support the GCM Simplification Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the GCM Simplification Program as a key member of the Technical BA team
  • Work across multiple smaller projects across the GCM Lines-Of-Business Teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, and Data Analysis
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis disciplines
  • Process and data analysis, mapping, and re-engineering experience
