Learning Development Specialist

Key Role:
A passionate and dedicated educator is sought to deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 5-12.
Responsibilities:- Develop engaging educational programs for children
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and school staff
- Contribute to daily operations of the service, including planning and preparation of activities
- Ensure welfare and safety of children at all times
- Current Employee Working with Children's Check from NSW or willingness to apply
- First Aid & CPR certification
- CHCPRT001 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive learning environment
