About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Development Coordinator to lead and support our community projects in the Perth Metro region. As a key member of our team, you will drive best practice consistency in program design, implementation, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in supporting best practice data collection and reporting.
  • Develop training modules on our Therapeutic Framework to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure designated programs align with contractual requirements.
  • Facilitate policies and procedures to better support community projects.
  • Provide leadership and coordination of project stages when requested.
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate project implementation and community resources.
About You

We are looking for a well-rounded and experienced social worker, psychologist, or clinical practice lead with a strong therapeutic background. A strong communicator with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with senior management is essential.

Requirements
  • A recognised qualification in a Human Services discipline.
  • A minimum of five years relevant clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Experience and confidence in delivering training.
  • The ability to work from different locations, including rural and remote areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership.
  • Ability to problem solve and respond appropriately to various situations.
