This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team as an HR generalist, influencing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.
The RoleAs a key member of the People Advisory & Enablement function, you will collaborate closely with Senior People Partners to deliver impactful HR initiatives and support cyclical activities across various portfolios. This role combines advisory work, project delivery, and operational HR support to achieve strong people, business, and member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide informed HR advice on performance, conduct, WHS, grievances, injury/return-to-work matters, and complex ER/IR case management.
- Coach leaders on performance improvement plans, job design, and remuneration recommendations.
- Manage cyclical activities including performance reviews, talent reviews, and annual remuneration processes.
- Contribute to and deliver people-related projects, including change management and communication plans.
- Support organisational restructures, ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Partner with Centres of Expertise to execute people initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Broad HR generalist experience, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (desired).
- 6-month fixed term contract with competitive remuneration.
- Sydney CBD location - flexible working arrangements.
