Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate workload and manage staff leave and absences during peak periods.
  • Lead the administration of rates functions, including distribution of notices, property valuation adjustments, and pensioner concessions.
  • Proactively coordinate and manage debt recovery procedures, adhering to established policies.
  • Manage, lead, and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Act as an escalation point for the team, assisting with resolving customer enquiries and disputes.
  • Drive efficiency within the team, focusing on organizational priorities and achieving short- and longer-term goals.
  • Facilitate effective utilization of time and resources to enhance capacity for key objectives.

  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
