About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Scope Management: Prepare and manage scopes of work, ensuring that all project requirements are met and that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure required approvals are obtained and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Project Administration: Manage project administration, including correspondence, agendas, and reports, to ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality and Design standards, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator who has a genuine passion for the construction industry. You will have:

  • Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of project coordination experience, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex, and Hammertech (highly desirable).
  • Collaborative Approach: A collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
