Our organization seeks a skilled Game Designer to collaborate on innovative gaming projects.

About the Role:

  • Partner with fellow designers to develop game concepts tailored to diverse markets
  • Design mathematical calculations for assigned games, including return to player percentages and other key metrics
  • Create code to implement game functionality and verify mathematical calculations
  • Produce technical documentation to support development and testing of new games
  • Develop tools to facilitate construction of mathematical calculations and specifications
  • Collaborate with artists, software engineers, and test professionals throughout the project lifecycle
  • Peer review calculations, code, and documentation of fellow designers' work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a game designer or developer, primarily working on slots
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong mathematical component and programming skills (C++ preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience developing game concepts, prototype game math, and simulating game software
