Job Description

We are seeking a clinician to provide expert support in critical incident management. The ideal candidate will have skills in psychological first aid, trauma-informed brief interventions, and individual interventions.

The role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to individuals and organizations with diverse daily experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite, virtual, or telehealth support to organizations impacted by critical incidents or significant change.
  • Deliver clinical excellence in the delivery of critical incident support.
Requirements

Qualifications and Qualities Required:

  • Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
  • Professional registration with the relevant health professional body.
  • Minimum of three (3) years postgraduate experience.
  • Ability to manage client risk within a trauma-informed framework.
  • A driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with empathy and proactive engagement with stakeholders.
