Role Overview

This is a full-time position based in Sydney CBD, offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum. As a Psychologist at PeopleSense by Altius, you will be responsible for delivering a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services, including employee assistance program (EAP) counselling, onsite attendances and critical incident responses, private/Medicare-rebated counselling, compensation scheme work, multidisciplinary interventions, and psychological assessments.

Your Responsibilities

  • EAP Counselling: Provide EAP counselling services to clients, including adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
  • Onsite Attendances and Critical Incident Responses: Respond to onsite attendances and critical incidents, providing support to employees in need.
  • Private/Medicare-Rebated Counselling: Offer private/Medicare-rebated counselling services to clients.
  • Compensation Scheme Work: Support clients with pain-related issues, injury adjustment, and trauma from acquired injuries.
  • Multidisciplinary Interventions: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement intervention plans for clients.
  • Psychoeducational Assessments: Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify cognitive, emotional, and behavioural strengths and challenges.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Full or provisional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • The ability to obtain a national police check.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
