Senior Contract Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee commercial projects worth $500m.

  • This is a unique opportunity for you to join a global construction leader on a high-profile, sustainably built CBD project.
About the Role:

The Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing an experienced contract administration team, mentoring and developing junior staff and engineers, and reporting regional figures/data to National leadership.

  • Responsibilities include preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, assisting with progress claims and external variations, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing subcontracts, managing and tracking project expenditure, and administering RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree qualification in construction management or equivalent, previous experience working for a Tier one or two head contractor, at least 5 years of experience as a Senior CA role in commercial construction for a recognized tier 1/2 builder, exposure to high-rise hospital, pharmaceutical, or complex commercial projects valued $250m+, knowledge of the South Australian construction market and subcontractors, and strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
