We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, focusing on major civil works, road construction, and defence projects in Adelaide and regional South Australia.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you take the lead on key projects from commercial and financial management to leading project teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing project progress, adjusting resources, finances, and schedules as needed to ensure successful delivery. This includes driving and supporting all contract activities, managing contractors, reviewing claims and variations, and handling subcontractor agreements and invoices.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of proven experience in major construction and infrastructure project delivery, preferably in civil engineering, roads, and/or defence. They will also possess tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management and strong experience in contract administration and management.

- Project Management: Monitor and review project progress, adjusting resources, finances, and schedules as needed to ensure successful delivery.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team, conducting reviews and reporting on progress to senior management.
