TBM Mechanical Operations Manager

Project Overview:

We are leading the Future Generation Joint Venture, selected to design and construct a pumped hydro scheme in the Snowy Mountains.

This project is a significant renewable energy project, providing on-demand energy and large-scale storage for generations to come.

Purpose of the Role:

The TBM Mechanical Operations Manager will oversee equipment organisation and management, commissioning, and decommissioning, as well as utility/services installation on the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and manage all aspects of TBM mechanical operations
  2. Develop and implement effective equipment maintenance programmes
  3. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
  • Proven experience in TBM mechanical operations management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
