Senior Mechanical Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our tunnel boring machine operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our TBM fleet.
- Plan, coordinate and execute site operations to meet construction programme milestones.
- Manage daily mechanical running, operation and maintenance of TBMs and associated equipment.
- Organise and plan work for future mechanical operations, including scheduled maintenance for all mechanical assets.
- Procure project materials, spare parts and required equipment as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong mechanical trade background or qualification.
- A valid White Card.
- A current driving license.
Previous experience in civil or tunnelling construction, preferably with extensive experience working on TBM projects. Strong initiative and proactive nature, ability to drive performance, lead and manage teams, and excellent communication skills are essential.
