About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position based in VIC, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
  • The successful candidate will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from our largest customers.
  • You will deliver specialist services and strategic initiatives to achieve optimal health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality across customer SLAs for rates, costs, and durations.
  • Implement services according to customer requirements.
  • Coach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer needs.
  • Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehabilitation on all claims.
  • Represent WorkFocus at public forums and committees as required.

  • A competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
